This is a 12-hour childbirth class taught over the course of two days, designed to give you the essential information and practical tools you need for an empowering birth experience. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your options, the evidence behind them, and the confidence to make informed decisions that feel aligned with you and your growing family.
